Refund Policy
vTerra takes extreme care in formulating, testing and packaging all of our products at our farm facility. Should the rare instance of issues due to spoilage, manufacturing or packaging irregularities occur, we will replace affected products within 60 days of purchase. Return faulty product to vTerra, and we will replace it with a new unit of the same SKU. vTerra is not responsible for spoilage or product degradation due to mishandling or improper storage. vTerra recommends refrigerating all of our products, however the NanoFruit must be refrigerated in order to achieve the full tested shelf life.
Damage Due to Freight or Shipping: All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving vTerra Farms. Upon delivery of your order, please check products carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product, along with photos of any physical damage endured.
